Is this insane or what? This is my ironing pile. I have ironed everything that belongs to the kids and am left with only Dave's and my items that are summery. I only just ironed all the kids' stuff because I was afraid they would outgrow all of it while I let it sit in the basement! Imagine, this pile was MUCH bigger. I need to stop buying cotton or stop caring about wrinkles. Has anyone else ever "lost" something to later find it in the ironing pile? People think I am organized, but now you all know the truth about the piles hidden in my basement. Oh, the shame! (and relief!)

I'm glad I'm not alone in the clothes issues, although yours are not as bad as mine. It's so cute you have an ironing pile, I only iron when I have to, ask Mom she always irons my kids clothes when we go over there.
It's mom's fault I have a neurosis about ironing! Don't you remember the ironing pile we had behind the Lazy Boy in the family room? It was gigantic. I try not to let mine pile up, but apparently I've lost control of the situation. I'll have to tackle it soon so I have something to wear on our warm vacation. Wouldn't it be grand if I lost 20 pounds and outgrew all of it so I could donate it to charity and buy a new wardrobe? That may be my new plan...
Since when is losing 20lbs easier than ironing? Bad plan!
