Spring Break 2008!!!

Forgive me for being so excited about a vacation that is two months away, but we just finished booking it and it's going to be awesome! There'll be beaches for Jake and Dave, lots of kids for Ben to meet and make friends with and princesses for me and Rachel. After booking it we realized that we'll be gone for Easter. Happy Easter to us!

We're going to California to visit Disneyland for a couple days and then on a 5-night cruise to Mexico and San Diego. In true Newton-fashion it should be totally booked and fun-filled. Just to have a warm reprieve to look forward to is improving my outlook...These below freezing temps can really get you down, if you know what I mean...

Anyway, here's to having plans to look forward to!

want to take the five of us along too? we're going to niagra falls in April. Disney is a two year away dream at this point. send us a postcard from everywhere. and we'll do the same.

We've never been to Niagra Falls and can't wait to hear a family-oriented review. Sounds fun! Disneyland should be a complete madhouse for Spring Break but we'll be able to get in some good princess viewing and teach our kids the fine art of waiting in lines.

I'm so jealous! Make sure you hit the San Diego Zoo. Allison says it's fantastic, I've always wanted to see that one. Rachel should have a great time in Disney, hopefully Jake can still enjoy it (as long as no one is looking). We should really try to figure a time for us to all hit up DisneyWorld - Fall of 2010 maybe?

That sounds like a great idea! If we all start planning for it maybe we could make it happen. Carrie may have another baby between now and then though...Let's pencil it into fall 2010. Jake will be a freshman in high school--boy am I old!

This time, I'll be succinct: I hate you. And your little dog, too. Yes, and you ARE old. And you have tub plaque. This is what happens to all those who go to Disneyland. Be forewarned.

If I am OLD, what does that make you?
